  As I approached the big 50 almost a year ago I realised that I needed to improve my fitness both for my own health and to help with work.
  
  I needed a structured approach to training as although not a total stranger to the gym environment, I certainly didn't really know what I was doing.
  
  Training with Bex has provided this structure with the training sessions being tailored to individual ability, varied and challenging and she always provides support and encouragement to help push yourself that bit further to achieve.
  
  Almost a year on and my fitness has significantly improved and Bex has made the journey fun and dare I say enjoyable!
  
  I have recommended Bex to a work colleague and have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking to train
